Job Description

  • Overall Purpose: Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of operations related to the implementation of approved recruitment and Emiratization plans, and recruitment, selection, and appointment processes and procedures with the relevant organizational units, and work to provide, maintain, update, and document employee-related documents, records, and data on an ongoing basis.
  • Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
    • Implement the annual job plan and the approved Emiratization plan and succession planning programs to cover the department's talent needs and retain them.
    • Implement all internal and external recruitment, selection, and appointment processes and procedures with the relevant organizational units, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, and other related procedures.
    • Coordinate and conduct behavioral and technical competency tests for candidates applying for positions in the department according to the approved procedures in this regard.
    • Prepare job offers and follow up on the signing of employment contracts and appointment decisions in accordance with applicable laws and policies.
    • Implement orientation programs for new employees according to the specified timeframes for this purpose.
    • Maintain continuous communication with various recruitment agencies to build a database of talents and competencies whose qualifications and experiences match the department's vacant positions and update it continuously.
    • Coordinate and organize awareness workshops for policies and guidelines that fall within the scope of the job responsibilities.
    • Implement programs dedicated to the care of new employees and prepare periodic reports on them.
    • Provide, maintain, update, and document all employee-related documents, records, and data on the approved systems in the department and verify their accuracy to ensure data extraction and analysis as required.
    • Continuously follow up and stay informed of developments in the field of work, and submit proposals for developing work procedures.

  • A- Basic
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Public Administration / Human Resources and any related specializations.
    • (4) years of practical experience / 0 years for Master's degree holders.
  • B- Additional
  • Professional certifications specialized in the field of the job.
